Конечная упаковка продукции для прессы Разработана Meşe Makina совместно с TKG Automotive. Цель системы – автоматическая загрузка снятых с пресса деталей в ящики в нужном количестве. Детали из листового металла, сформированные в пресс-форме, транспортируются к выходу из пресса по конвейеру. Для переданных деталей операторы укладывали пустые ящики и забирали заполненные. Машина для упаковки в ящики, разработанная и изготовленная компанией Oak Machine, удерживает пустые ящики на станции хранения, и когда желаемое количество деталей заполнено в коробке на станции заполнения, она отправляет коробку на последнюю станцию, где она будет принята как полная.
End of Press Product Crating Developed by Meşe Makina together with TKG Automotive. The purpose of the system is to automatically fill the parts removed from the press into the crates in the desired quantity. The sheet metal parts shaped in the mold are transferred to the press outlet via the conveyor. For the parts transferred, the operators put in the empty crates and took the filled ones. The crating machine designed and manufactured by Oak Machine keeps the empty crates in the holding station and when the desired number of parts are filled in the box at the filling station, it sends the box to the last station where it will be taken as full.
