The investor will invest a billion rubles in the new production of components for gas pipelines

The company "Ariel Plastkomplekt" will build a production and warehouse complex in the industrial park "Ishelkovo". At the new enterprise, the company plans to launch the production of fittings for polyethylene pipelines. The Moscow Region Development Corporation (KRMO) assisted in the search for a site for the implementation of the investment project, choosing one of the most convenient for the company – an industrial park in Shchelkovo near Moscow.

"The total investment in the project will amount to about 1 billion rubles. The first stage is planned to be implemented within two years – the construction of the production and warehouse complex will be completed by the end of 2023, and production will begin in 2024. Already in the first quarter of next year, the company plans to start producing pilot batches, and by the end of the year – to launch production at full capacity," said Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva.

The company "Ariel Plastkomplekt" has been working for more than 15 years. The company has production facilities in Ryazan, where steel pipes are insulated and connecting elements for steel and polyethylene gas pipelines are produced, as well as a warehouse complex in Lyubertsy. The new plant in the industrial park "Ishelkovo" will not only increase the production capacity of the enterprise, but also replace the products of European manufacturers with domestic ones.

"The geography of our company's supplies covers almost the entire territory of Russia – from Arkhangelsk to Vladivostok. Our main buyers are gas pipeline builders, regional gas companies, including Mosoblgaz. Our products are electric–welded fittings and accessories for gas and water pipes. The construction and launch of the plant in the Moscow region will allow us to abandon purchases in Europe and switch to our own production of components in Russia," says Sergey Kuskov, CEO of Ariel Plastcomplekt.

At the new production facility, the company plans to install lines for the production of fittings with embedded electric heaters. All products will be made from domestic raw materials - polyethylene pellets.

"More than 80 jobs will be created at the Ariel Plastkomplekt production and warehouse complex for residents of the Shchelkovo urban district and nearby municipalities of the Moscow region. Among the vacancies that will appear at the new enterprise are operators, injection molding machine adjusters, assemblers and pickers. There will also be new jobs for warehouse workers - the company plans to automate warehouse operations as much as possible by implementing all modern accounting systems," said Vladimir Slipenkin, General Director of the Moscow Region Development Corporation.
